Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment. If you cancel after the 24-hour window, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This also applies if you’re booked for multiple services and cancel one or more last-minute. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. All fees are charged to the card on file. Unpaid balances must be resolved before booking future appointments.
